Hike the UK 15 National Parks in 15 days
After a scary moment in Turkey last month which resulted in me passing out in extreme heat, it made me realise how much walking means to me and how grateful I am for the beauty that's on our own doorstep. So much so that I want to explore it all....
I've decided to challenge myself and visit all 15 of the UK National Parks in 15 days and climb to the highest point in each one.
From Monday 5th August I will be driving a total of 1,635 miles in my van and climbing a total of 10,207 meters. (Equivalent of climbing Mount Everest and half way up to base camp again.)
I'll be raising money for Sussex Wildlife Trust, a charity were there aim is to conserve the Sussex landscape, wildlife and it's habitats. One that means a lot to me as I live in the South Downs and love exploring the area.
Any donations would be appreciated, thank you so much! xxx
