Hike for Holman

Donation protected
Hi, my name is Tori Gillespie I’m a Year 8 student at Scotch Oakburn College, Launceston. As part of Year 8, all students are required to complete a project called Explore Year 8, EY8. For this students must direct their own meaningful and purposeful learning project that benefits others.

For my project I will be challenging myself to walk two mountains in one day, Mt Scott and Mt Stronach – on Saturday, 9th August 2025.
Depending on how much I raise, I will add an extra trail or peak to my challenge in the same day:

If I raise over $2,500.00, I will hike an extra trail: Cube Rock.

If I raise over $3,500.00, I will hike another mountain/peak: Mt Cameron.

I chose to support the W.P Holman Clinic in Launceston because of their amazing care and treatment they provide to so many people bravely facing cancer a disease that deeply affects families including my own. In loving memory of my Grandma.

Once my project is complete all funds raised will go to the W.P Holman Clinic, Launceston TAS. To go towards patient care, comfort or equipment upgrades.
