Back in November 2024, my lovely Auntie Andrea was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer completely out of the blue. She’s always lived a sensible and healthy lifestyle, so hearing this news about her was the last thing I ever expected.

Although this has very much turned her world upside down and brought many challenges, she has handled it with so much strength and resilience. Throughout all of this, Macmillan Cancer Support has been close to her heart, offering physical and emotional support that has truly made a difference.

To show our gratitude and love, five friends and I are taking on a hike in the Lake District. We’re raising money for Macmillan to help them continue the incredible work they do for people suffering with cancer, and their families.

Thank you so much for your support, for showing love, and for helping us make a difference for Auntie Andrea. Together we will help her rise above cancer, and help others along the way too!
