Hightower Band PeachBowl Trip

The L.V. Hightower High School Band out of Missouri City, TX is known for its mantra; Honor, Pride, and Discipline. The band performs in parades and events all over the Houston and surrounding areas. We have been honored to be the only school in the Houston and surronding areas with an invitation to perform in the National Chick-fil-A Bowl /Peach Bowl in Atlanta, GA on New Years Eve and the week long events leading up to the big College game. The band will march in the Bowl parade on Peachtree Street and will perform in the opening ceremony prior to kickoff.  This is truly a once in a lifetime event for many of the students.  For the students themselves, the bowl events are a remarkable opportunity. The members of the marching band and guard are outstanding students and integral members of the community. They participate in both school and community events and have cultivated a respectable reputation. Attending the Chick- Fil-A Bowl provides these talented and dedicated students with the opportunity to represent their school and community on a nationwide scale.

It will cost around 850.00 to send each child and we have 91 students that are signed up to go on this trip.
