Hi all me and my college class are doing a Highland Games themed Circuit within the City Of Glasgow College raising money for a lovely charity called Rainbow Valley who help anyone with cancer if you would like to take part you must be a student within the college. We have developed a unique 2 day course which helps individuals and a supporter to take a holistic approach to living with and overcoming cancer. We address the psychological, spiritual, emotional and physical needs of each individual and their supporter using innovative & established therapies incorporating nutrition, exercise & relaxation which complement hospital treatments.
