Higher Ground Helicopters Helene Relief Effort

As most are aware, Hurricane Helene recently devastated many locations along the East Coast of the United States.

Higher Ground Helicopters Flight Academy is a small, local flight school located in Miamisburg, Ohio. Like many other small rotorcraft operations, Higher Ground is trying to raise any and all funds possible to assist with the disaster.

Although our intentions are great, our finances are very limited. We have enough for the initial trip down to North Carolina, but not enough to remain on-site long-term.

Simply put, the more funds we can raise, the longer we can keep the helicopter on-site to assist with more evacuations and supply drops.

This effort is in no way for profit, only to pay for the fuel, oil, maintenance, and food and lodging for the volunteer pilots while they're assisting the relief effort.

As expensive as it is to operate a helicopter, any and all donations help, no matter how small.
