High School Shotput Ring: Long Needed Improvement

Hello future patrons! My name is Coach Spencer Nezat and I am Co-Head Track Coach of the Northwest High School Track & Field team in Opelousas, LA. I am here asking for your generous donations to assist in funding a brand new and high quality shotput ring / sector for my young athletes.
I have been coaching here for almost 4 years now, and i have been blessed with the ability to help guide 2 of the top three shotputters in the state of Louisiana in those four years. One of them has gone on to compete in D1 collegiate athletics and my current athlete has aspirations (and the record) to do the same.
I would like to reward my incredibly dedicated athletes with a facility that will give back to them as much as they give back to me, their coach. There would be no greater pleasure than to be able to reward all of the passion and effort I have received from my kids by giving them a home competition space they could be proud of!
This project was already in the plans a year ago but with the Covid 19 pandemic, all plans were put on hold and all traditional avenues of fundraising have been shut down.
This project consists of:
Building a new high quality Shotput Ring / Sector Pit
This build will include the following materials and dimensions:
-10ft square concrete pad containing a 1" recessed 7ft Circle in the center
-extending from the forward facing corners of the pad will be two mirrored 60-65ft concrete "curbs" that will connect via a arc to create the shotput field.
- inside these sectors will be filled with a combination of fillers including dirt, sand, and rocks to receive the impact of the shotput.
-the area where the project is happening is quite muddy and unstable so the plan is to level with dirt and compact before the concrete is laid down.
