Hi everyone, my name is Taylor. I’m 33, a mom to a beautiful 6-year-old daughter, and I’ve been living with Class II Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) for over a year. My heart is already under extreme strain — the right side at 20% and the left at 40% — and pregnancy adds 30–50% more blood volume, which makes this pregnancy extremely high-risk.

I’ve made the decision to fight for this baby. To do so safely, I must be under the care of a specialty cardiac team at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, and I will have multiple critical appointments over the coming weeks to monitor my health and the baby’s development.

Because of my condition, I am currently unable to work, and I need help to cover the essential costs of:

Travel to and from Rochester for appointments

Hotel stays during required appointment periods

Medications that help stabilize my condition while insurance coverage is pending

I am hoping to get insurance updates soon, but until then, I need support to get to these appointments safely and keep both me and my baby stable.
