Justin was the passenger in a vehicle that was hit by a train. Unfortunately he did not survive. The financial burden of a funeral is too much for his family to handle. His parents, nor he, had anything set up in case of a tragedy like this, assuming they wouldn't need to do so, so early in Justins young life.
