The HHS and James Valley Christian School class of 2020 will not experience the most amazing celebratory recognition of their achievements in the traditional way. They will not experience that feeling of excitement as they walk across the stage to get their diploma. They will not get the chance to return to the hallways of their school to say farewell to their teachers and friends. Through community love and kindness, we can make sure each student is recognized. Seniors worked hard to get to this point and deserve to be celebrated. In the midst of all this change, uncertainty, loss and disappointment,  let them know that they have not been forgotten. You can pay tribute to the achievements of each senior of these two graduating classes by donating money to purchase banners that will display a senior on each side.   We will hopefully have them hung on the light poles down Dakota Ave before orginal graduation dates. The banners will be given to the class of 2020. Many thanks to the mayor, city commission, city workers, creative printing, HHS yearbook staff, school board and the chamber for their support and assistance with this project. Seniors, we will be using the pictures submitted to the yearbook. If you haven't already submitted a senior picture you will have until May 4th to do so.
