Chris Polone Fights for Freedom

Chris Polone is an American Patriot that has become the voice for all 51% businesses across Texas. His business, The Rail Club Live, was once a live music venue that hosted rock stars from all over the world. Since the issuing of the unlawful executive order GA-28, Chris Polone has transformed the The Rail Club Live into a platform to show the nation the civil liberties that are being taken away from tax paying, law abiding business owners.
On July 4, 2020 Polone hosted The Rail Club Tea Party in defiance of GA-28. Although, he followed strict safety protocols, had only 40 protesters, served no alcohol and not a dollar was exchanged between protesters and business, his liquor license was suspended on national television. It's from that act of patriotism, a flame was ignited in the hearts of other 51% business owners.
On July 25, 2020 Polone spearheaded and organized Freedom Fest. Freedom Fest was a statewide unified 51%er protest in which bars across the state of Texas implemented strict safety policies above CDC recommendations and Texas mandates in order to demonstrate that bars could open up and operate safely. And to top it all off, all participants donated proceeds to charity.
As seen on TV, Code compliance officials from all over the state approved of the safety protocols put in place and not one bar participating in Freedom Fest was shut down. Therefore, proving this is not an issue of public safety but instead something much deeper.
On July 27, 2020 countless bars that participated in Freedom Fest awoke to a permit suspension from TABC on their doors. Now Polone is taking the fight to the next level but this time he is not alone. He stands united with hundreds of bar owners from across the state as he organizes a lawsuit on behalf of business owners and the preservation of the United States Constitution that our fore Fathers fought and died for.
Fellow Patriots, we need your help to seek justice against tyranny.
By donating today, you are contributing not only for the rights of 51%ers, but the preservation of the United States Constitution. 100% of donations will go to Chris Polone to use to fight the good fight on behalf of us all.
