Help Bill and Jenn recover from a car theft

Our neighbors Bill Tatalovich and Jenn Bremen had their car stolen for the second time in two years. The car was recovered, but has been significantly damaged (window shattered out, steering column torn apart), and everything in it was stolen. Let's help them recover from this financial blow on top of pre-existing financial hardship. We want to give them a lump sum to get them back on their feet a little better.
