Compassionate Care

Hi.... my name is Marian & I am requesting funds to help keep my cousin at home while dealing with kidney failure. My cousin was born 80 yrs ago with physical &developmental issues. Despite the Doctor's recommendations to institionalize him, he was brought home. In face of the dire birth prognosis, Steve worked very hard to overcome his challenges & was able to marry & hold down employment. He has maintained a gentle, loving & trusting personality. The reason I am requesting help is to keep him in the apartment that is his haven. He is now relegated to a wheelchair & needs constant care. I'm afraid he would not understand going to a strange facility. His wonderful sister-in-law has been paying his expenses shielding him from the severity of his condition for 3 yrs now. Needless to say, the money is running low & anything will help. We are not sure of his life span & would love to make this journey as peaceful ad possible
