Hi. My name is Kini and I am raising money to help pay for Emergency Medical Bills and expenses.

I am a sister (the youngest of four),a daughter, the wife of (Mike)a Marine (who was honorably discharged), a mother (Daniel, who's in the Navy) a Grandmother to two rambunctious and happy boys (one 5 years old, his brother 9 months old). I am also a fiercely loyal friend. Just like most of us, my life was uprooted during the Covid pandemic. I was laid off from my 17 year job. After 18 months, I finally found a great job.

It's a physically demanding job (which I love). My husband and I were excited to find our "dream home" a few months ago. A few weeks ago while we were moving I couldn't breathe. I was gasping for air.  I had recently quit smoking, so I thought my body was just healing..  I went to the ER and found out I have a Pleural Effusion and had to have a Thoracentesis (drain 1.5 liters of fluid from around my left lung). The pathology won't be back until after the July 4th holiday. Needless to say I don't know what we are going to do.
