A couple years ago I met and moved in with a man that was going to make a life with me.  I had two children, a good job, my own vehicle, and a home I was renting.   During the time the two of us were together, we had a child together, I was forced to quit work and we ended up trading my vehicle in for a minivan he ended up getting in his name only.  Near the end of May this year he threw my stuff into the front lawn and told me in the kids to get out with no vehicle.   I purchased nearly all the furniture in the house and was left with nothing.  I am currently living back with my parents.  They help immensely with the kids and all they can.  This week I have received papers from court where he is trying to gain custody of our daughter.  He has not provided any support in any way since throwing this out. I have found an attorney that is willing to handle the custody and the reclamation of the property I purchased, and the money that I lost in the trade of my Jeep. The attorney wants $3500 before we going to court.  That said,  I'm desperately asking for help with this.  My family is helping with a little but they are on a fixed income and cannot come with the full amount. If enough friends and family could spare as little as $20 it will a big help and the kids and I can put this chapter of our lives behind us.  I only have one week to come up with the funds .  Everyone that know me an Kinsley knows she is my world an she loves her mommy an that I have been the one supporting her through everything.
