This Sunday I will be running the Paris marathon - not only as a personal challenge but also in the hope of raising funds for Care4Calais who are a charity focused on supporting refugees across the UK, France and Belgium.

Having volunteered for the organisation across the last three years, I have seen the incredible impact they have first hand and how much their support is appreciated by those experiencing the most difficult of circumstances.
