This GoFundMe is to help my mom's best friend, Debbie Milligan, as she recovers from a recent medical setback. As you all know, being out of work and hospitalized for a few months can be a huge setback both financially. In order to provide some relief and peace of mind, I created this page with her permission as she is so humble she's never asked for much and always gives selflessly.
