My beloved mother, April Champagne, passed away this Mother's Day. She went peacefully but unexpectedly, leaving behind a void that can never be filled. For years, she had been riddled with illness, taking the joys of life from her. She is at peace now, no longer suffering, and exploring the world like she always dreamed. That thought has been giving me the most solace.
