Family in Need of Help with Medical expenses

Hi, my name is Danielle, and I'm fundraising for my brother, Brian. He became sick in April 2022. He had CTs, MRI, Pet Scan, and upper and lower GI endoscopy and was finally diagnosed with Neuroendocrine Cancer of the Pancreas. This is a Rare type of cancer, with fewer than 200,000 US cases per year. He is receiving immunosuppressive injections that cost $22,000 for each one and, sadly, so far, have not worked. He is hoping to seek better help and treatment from a specialist at Dana Farber Institute in Boston. This is a very expensive process, but it is very much necessary for such rare cancer. Even with insurance, the expenses are a hefty burden.
Brian has helped many organizations and people in his life. In 2019, he helped organize one of the largest motorcycle rides in NH history, the Ride for the Fallen 7. Govenor Chris Sununu of New Hampshire invited him to the state of state address in recognition of this special ride. In 2020, a little boy wrote to him after reading about the ride. He told Brian that he had a heart condition and he really enjoyed seeing the ride and what they did. He also mentioned he loved Ghostbusters. On his birthday, Brian arranged for a local Ghostbusters team to come to the boy's house in full uniforms, Ecto-1 car and 20 motorcycles to give him his own vest and helmet. This truly made this little boy's day. Ghostbuster Birthday Surprise for Damen.
In 2021, while the world was struggling with COVID, he set up a food pantry on his front porch to help people who needed it and could not afford basic life needs. He made deliveries of what he had to people who were unable to leave the house. He also got a local pizza shop to help by opening up their dining area to house the food pantry as it grew larger. He has always been there to help his community.
My goal in doing this fundraiser is to get some help to him and his family, who could really use it right now. Battling this type of rare cancer is going to be a long uphill battle, and I can only hope people can give a small fraction back to a person who has given so much to others.
