Hello my name is Brittney, It saddens me to have to create this campaign after the tragic loss of my brother-in-law Jerome 10/10/2021. I am creating this campaign on behalf of his wife Raquel and his children to help raise funds for the cost of his funeral and burial.

Jerome was tragically murdered at his residence 10/10/2021, while with his wife and children. His sudden death has been overwhelming for his family and we are asking for support during this difficult process. Jerome is missed by many, and all of those who knew him would say what a great spirit he was to be around. He was the type of person whose door was always open, eager to help others out, or just give advice if needed. Jerome graduated from North Shore High School and later attended Blinn College to play basketball. He always had a passion for basketball and attended Magic Johnson basketball camp to pursue his dreams. He later became a husband and father to 3 beautiful daughters and 1 son, who he loved and supported throughout their lives. He was always active in and very proud to be their "Daddy" and took pride in each of their accomplishments. Jerome had recently become a grandfather for the first time, and very excited for the future with his family and talked of possibly mentoring younger ball players in an area he always loved.

Jerome will truly be missed by his family, friends, and local community. Unfortunately his untimely death has caused financial impact to his family who would like to have a service to honor his memory, and so that his children may see their "Daddy" one final time. I am asking their behalf family collectively for any financial support you may provide. If you are able to give a small donation anything would help, and if unable to give, we understand as recent times have been hard for so many of us.
