Urgent Help Needed to Avoid Eviction

Donation protected
Hi friends, my disabled partner & I need help paying our past due rent so we’re not evicted. This amount is 3 months worth of past due rent + fees. We have received demands for each month and are waiting to be served with a court summons any day now. I know this is a big ask, so literally anything you're able or willing to give, even if it's just a dollar, helps so much - I'm doing everything I can to come up with as much of this as possible. Anything that you donate or loan will go directly to this rent payment and I'm happy to provide proof of that. Another reason why this situation is so critical right now is because Josh is about to have a major surgery at the beginning of August, and will need somewhere stable and safe to recover for at least a handful of weeks. I’ll also have to take a bit of time off to help with his recovery.

To make a long story short, we've been playing catch-up for the last few years as a result of his disability/the wait times for disability to be approved, as well as me being out of work for 6 months last year due to mental health. We've had so many amazing people come through and show us love - without those people, who knows where we'd be. My partner's disability case was finally approved earlier this year but his lawyer led him to believe he'd be getting a much higher backpay amount than he did, and we're actively in the process of disputing her contribution to his case for similar reasons. His health has just stayed steadily where it's at with the exception of a few flaring stress-induced issues, and I'm working as much as I possibly can as a small business owner. I'm a breadwinner, caregiver, business owner, and housewife. Our apartment complex also changed property managers in the middle of all of this and according to them, their new system doesn't allow them to take partial payments - which means that whole amount will have to be paid all at once. Our car was repossessed. We both are at our limit and beyond overwhelmed.

Thank you so much for reading this far and being involved in a community of people that want to help each other. That's the only way any of us are going to get through this and I'm very grateful. If anyone knows of anywhere else we could look for assistance, please feel free to let me know. I've tried all the avenues I can think of so far (rental assistance, picking up more work, grants, loans, etc.) with no luck. Once we're able to get caught up on rent I'm as confident as one can be right now that we'll be as safe & secure as possible after that. Asking for help is hard, but y'all, I need help. Again, thank you. Together, we got this

(I'm happy to provide screenshots from my resident portal where I live as well as all 3 demands we've received, if that helps anyone feel more comfortable donating)
