Help my father fight cancer

Hi, my name is Rachel,

I started this GoFundMe page hoping to find help to support my father's medical bills in his fight against cancer. As the financial responsibilities fall on me, I'm the only child, a full-time student, and a full-time employee supporting my mom and dad. I love my dad, and it breaks me to see him in pain and suffering like this. My dad was recently diagnosed with pancreatic and stage II prostate cancer with metastasis to his lungs. He is still undergoing many more tests to evaluate his condition further because he might also have a type of colorectal cancer. My dad is all alone in the Philippines, with my cousin providing aid as much as she can as he's decided to retire there. He has no medical insurance there, so the medical expenses have been piling up. If you are familiar with the Philippines, you will know that everything is added to your bill. Hospital stays are paid by the day, and food is not included. My dad was seen at three different hospitals before finding a hospital that had the means to provide him with the care he needed. It pains me to see my dad so weak. Anyone that knows my dad will tell you that he is the most selfless, kind, loving person who was always willing to help. He has always been the "yes" man, helping anyone he could, even when he barely had anything to offer. As an only child, he is my rock, my best friend, and my first strong male figure. To see him so frail, soft, and broken breaks me to pieces. I am trying my best to keep it together for my dad's sake.
