Hi my name is Sara, I'm trying to raise money for my cat Lucy who had an accident and broke her leg just over a year ago. It was healed and she was healthy again but when she came home a few nights ago (she was an outdoor cat but is mostly indoors now) she had a limp on the same leg that used to be broken. She was taken to the vets and they suggested using medicine for a while then after a month or so if it hadn't got better she would need to get it amputated which we do not have the money for, it will cost us around £1,300-£1,500 even with insurance. If we aren't able to pay for the surgery and it's not getting better then she may need to be put down because we're not going to keep her in pain. Last year it was over £3,000 just for her surgery. I grew up with her and she is one of the only things keeping me going, I am beyond lucky to have her in my life, I love her so much and can't bare losing her, so please any donations are very much appreciated.
