Hydrofluoric Robotics Team 9421

We are Hydrofluoric Robotics (Team 9421) from Harborfields High School. Our team of about 14 high school students from the Greenlawn/Centerport area comes together with the shared passion for developing robots to compete in the FIRST Tech Challenge. Throughout the year students learn about mechanical engineering and coding, but most importantly how to work as a team to achieve greater results.

Our team is made possible by sponsorship and donations from the community. Our team has qualified for the FTC East Super-Regional Championship in Scranton, Pennsylvania on March 16-18. As you might expect, the cost to attend this event is grand. The main costs come from lodging and transportation, which cost around $1400 and $1300 respectively. Including  entrance fees the total cost amounts to a whopping $4000 (not including any food or additional transportation once in Scranton). That is why we are asking for any and all donations to fund our team’s trip to this prestigious tournament.

Thank you for considering our fundraising request.
