In memory of Nick

Hi everyone. It's just over a month since we lost our great friend Nick

Nick battled cancer courageously over the last few years, and during that time he never complained, and continued to fight right to the end. Despite his illness and significant side effects from chemo, Nick retained his great Scottish humour and wit, and this is what we'll remember him for best.

He was a great support to me over the last couple of years, as I know he was to a lot of others over his lifetime.

Nick has left behind his beautiful wife Carla and two gorgeous girls Evie and Elsie, who meant the world to him, as well as his family in Scotland.

I know it would mean the world to both families, if Carla and the girls could make it to Scotland to spend time with Nick's family, and help each other through this difficult period.

To try and make this happen for Carla and the girls, a few of us have decided we'll take on the Bondi to Manly walk to help fundraise the costs for the trip. If you'd like to contribute, no matter the amount, please do so. We'll be doing the walk on Saturday 27th July so if you'd like to join us for a few kms or something longer, we'd love to have you, and we can use it as a way to honour Nick and share some of the many funny stories that we have.
