It is with deep sorrow that we say goodbye to our beloved father and husband, Bill Peek. Bill led an extraordinary life: He grew up in Southern California, one of 13 children. He worked hard from a young age, learning a trade that set him aside as a very well-respected cement contractor, known for his knowledge, expertise, fairness and honesty. He shared his success with everyone he came across who had a need; Bill was the epitome of the guy who would give you the shirt off his back and he always came through for his family - most notably his wife, Brenda, and his five children, and many grandchildren. His kindness and generosity extended not only to his siblings, nieces and nephews, but to friends and strangers alike. He was always smiling, laughing, and loved to make others laugh. Even in great sickness, he never lost that smile. When he realized that his time was short and the cancer invading his body would inevitably take him from us, his last wish was to return to California to be buried near his parents. Unfortunately, the cancer was incredibly aggressive and when he developed pneumonia, his time ran out too soon and we were all left unprepared for the worst in every way. We are asking for help to cover the expense of cremation. Please open your hearts and help us to lay Bill to rest in peace. Thank you.
