HFD Station 46 Firefighter Fundraiser

On January 7, 2025, Sr. Captain Edward Escamilla, Firefighter Jonathan Guzman, and Firefighter Darren Jones were significantly burned while battling an apartment fire in District 46. As these courageous first responders face a challenging journey to recovery, our community stands united to support them. Our hope with this financial support is to help make up for lost wages, recovery-related bills, and living expenses as they continue to recover.

These men do this job for the love of firefighting. It's the brotherhood. It's the family. It's the desire to help others. Now it's our turn to take care of them. We would be honored for you to stand with us in love and support as these three continue to recover. A fundraiser will be held Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Pitch 25 from 12pm-4pm. All money donated through this GoFundMe and the fundraiser will go directly to these three firefighters.
