I am Gino Gargiulo. Anyone that knows me know I am the first person to contribute when someone is in need. The shoe was on the other foot and I’m putting this out there hoping. Everyone can step up and help my 22 year-old niece, Mia Gargiulo.

Last Saturday, my brother's daughter, Mia, our beloved niece, was involved in a devastating accident that has left her fighting for her life. We are humbly asking for your help in raising funds to support Mia's medical expenses and rehabilitation costs as she embarks on a long and arduous road to recovery.

Mia fell a staggering 40 feet from a roof, resulting in multiple severe injuries. She was immediately airlifted from Mankato to the renowned Mayo Clinic hospital in Rochester, Minnesota. Since then, Mia has undergone several surgeries to mend her broken bones, and there are many more to come. The journey ahead will be filled with countless medical procedures, therapies, and rehabilitation sessions.

Currently, Mia is facing the daunting challenge of healing her broken legs, femurs, hip, feet, ankles, upper and lower jaw, nose, and eye socket. Due to the extent of her injuries, a tracheotomy was necessary to ensure her breathing. Despite the immense physical trauma she has endured, we are grateful that Mia has miraculously avoided any brain damage.

As you can imagine, the financial burden on Mia and her family is overwhelming. Medical bills, rehabilitation expenses, and ongoing care will continue to accumulate in the coming months.
