Hi. I'm starting a gofund me due to my husband Karl Ayers. He had open heart surgery, a quadruple bypass, his aorta vavle replaced and an aneurysm tied off in his heart. He has been through alot since a Stroke in August. It's been a roller-coaster, he's been in and out of the hospital since then. And this was the outcome of it all.
