Baker's medical journey

Hello, my name is Chris and I'm asking for some help with my medical bills. Back in early February of this year, I started experiencing severe abdominal pain. I went to my doctor and he suggested I get a CT scan. The scan revealed that I had Diverticulitis. Initially, they prescribed some oral antibiotics. Before I had a chance to get to the pharmacy, the doctor called and said I needed to admit myself to the hospital for 48 hours to get iv antibiotics. That 48 hours turned into 2 weeks because my large intestines had swelled shut and had begun to tear open. With some minimally invasive procedures, I was able to avoid a complicated surgery. Luckily, I was eventually able to return home to recover.
Fast forward to mid May. My intestines are no longer inflamed, yet I still have a small hole that will not heal. My doctor highly suggests I have a colon resection surgery to remove the areas that caused this whole ordeal. The operation is done by robots and I'd only have 6 small incisions on my abdomen. I go into surgery and things seemed fine. Was supposed to spend 4 days at the hospital and then 6 weeks of recovery at home. On day 4, I could tell something was wrong. I expressed this to my doctors but they thought it was nothing to worry about. I kept telling them something was not right and my blood tests backed up my intuition. By day 7 after surgery, I begged for another CT scan. The doctors begrudgingly agreed and I went to the scan. Within 15 minutes of returning to my hospital room, the doctors came in and immediately began prepping me for emergency surgery.
Turns out they did not sew my intestine completely the first time and I had been leaking air, bile, and feces into my abdomen for an entire week. When I awake from my second surgery, I have a large incision on my abdomen and an ostomy bag as well. I also have 4 drains in my abdomen and have an NG tube going through my nose into my stomach.
I will proceed to spend 3 more weeks in the hospital. Complication after complication. I developed antibiotic resistant infections, I now have a blood clot in my leg and in my lung, and was in a ton of pain due to poor pain management.
I was finally discharged yesterday (6/13) to begin recovery at home after 28 days in the hospital. Still some pain and a lot of discomfort, but time will heal. Lots of pills, self injections, and wound care. But that's better than the alternative. I've lost over 25 lbs during this ordeal. Need to take things slowly and build back my stamina. The doctors say I'll need at least 8 weeks to recover. Then, I need to go for an ostomy reversal surgery later this year. After all of this, I am terrified of going back.
I have over $15,000 in medical bills and my personal finances have suffered as well while not working since February. Anything will help at this point and I truly appreciate any donations to help me through this difficult time.
