Running out of time and options

Hey guys if you could take a couple mins to read this I'd really appreciate it. For those who don't know what's going on ill start from the beginning. Since Jan 2021 I've had 5 heart attacks mostly caused by pulmonary embolisms. I was also diagnosed with congestive heart failure which is what's causing the blood clots forming in my leg. To this day I still having blood pooling in my right leg. I was supposed to have surgery September 19, 2022 but it got postponed and I'm still waiting for an exact date. the doctors said there shooting for the end of early December. my doctor still has me on temporary disability since 5/31/2022 and wants me to stay on it till Im recovered from surgery.

1 year and 4 heart attacks later I went back to work in November 2021 when I was feeling better and dying to get back to normal life and needing money. I had to get back to work. And it was really difficult going back to work after not working for so long. I was 314lbs and out of shape. my boss worked with me on it and I was only working 5 hour shifts and watching how hard I pushed myself. i knew are lease was up in March 2022. Rent, gas, and everything was way more expensive then use to be and it was going to be around 6000 to 7000 at least for us to get a house to rent. I had to look for a new job or second job to be able to afford the cost of living. My boss ended up giving me a huge raise even more than I asked for. I guess it was long overdue I ran his business for 7 years. we had a hard time getting a rental because I didn't have much credit history. all my bills I paid every month none of it went towards my credit score it had been 12 years since i had any kind of a line of credit. I was raised to buy things with your own money and not to use credit cards unless it's an emergency. So we were pretty much screwed on getting a place. I had to get my family a house are landlord was not going to give us another month. finally on May 25 2022 after 3 months of hard endless searching I got a lead on a 3bd house that I overheard in a conversation. That day I got off work at 2pm by 730 pm I was ready to give up. I remembered that 3 bd house. went and knocked on neighbors door. I found out who owned it got her number on an old for sale sign in the wood shed called the number and made a deal with her. she wanted to sell it I wanted to rent it. so we decided to rent to own. I was on cloud 9. felt I won the war. it needed some repairs and alot more than I anticipated but then here came the next battle.

     I was so happy and everyone around me was happy cause we got a place and I worked so damn hard to make it happen. I put $6000 down on the house and about $1000 for moving expenses and some supplies. So on may 31st, 2022, 5 days after I got the house I had my 5th heart atfack in the parking lot of my work. ambulance came and I was rushed to hospital. I checked myself out that night and went home to keep packing cause we had to be out by the next day. I was so exhausted finishing moving that night adriana forced me to rest. I slept for 16 hours. I woke up june 2nd at 3am with a message from my boss. he fired me after 7 years of running his resturant. he sounded mad. he acted like I screwed him over cause he thought I wasn't going to be able to work the first part of summer and I guess it messed up his plans. I tried to call him he blocked me. I went to get my last $3200 paycheck my boss left me. I went to bank and I opened it. it was for $0 dollars. i got another message he banned me from the resturant and property after i left to head to bank thinking I was going to retaliate or something. basically he was going to legally hide from facing me because he knows what he did was messed up. so now I got a house that I got to fix up before we can live in it and not a penny to my name. back to being screwed. with the help of some family member adriana and the kids stayed at there house while i rushed to get house together. as for an income my doctor did not want me working and told me I need to go on unemployment or disability. and put me down as temporary disabled. so I filed a claim june 4th. they were going to pay me 790 a week. I did all the paperwork and all the appointments. but by July I haven't seen a penny. so now I have to start selling things and pawning things to survive. house finally got done went and got my family we moved in. August hits no money from unemployment still. I start having to do side work because I have no choice and nothing left to sell of value. I start pressuring unemployment. by Sept 1st they owed me $13000 and I get a letter saying since I'm disabled I need to go to social security and get benifits through them. I can barley talk to anyone to get help. and SS is just taking there sweet time with everything and doctor talks me out of going back to work because surgery is coming up really soon. so I went to food banks and church's to get help. they said they would help as much as they could. I told my landlord about everything and she wasn't thrilled but if she wanted rent thats the only way she would get it. As of beginning of October my landlord calls me upset she has not received any checks for rent assistance. I call the places that were going to help and they say she didn't fill out paperwork. I call her back and asked why? and she didn't want to give them her social security number without talking to a lawyer first. and then bout 25th of October she said she doesn't want to deal with the hassle anymore and she wants her money or I have to move out. so I owe $2000 for each month for September October and got November right around the corner. on top of everything my surgery got postponed and I couldn't stand by and wait anymore and I started working 2 weeks ago against doctors orders. I still owe $6000. my landlord said if I get it paid by middle of December. I could stay. and since I'm working again I could stay a float. I know I can earn $6000 dollars the issue is I can't in this short amount of time. I know its alot for anyone to loan me. But I was thinking if everyone could just pitch in a just a little I think we could get to this goal. and me and my family would not be living in are car come thanksgiving. I'm really sorry to ask you guys and bug you with my problems but I don't know what else to do in my situation. trust me I have exhausted all options and will go to hell and back to make sure my family has what they need. I've done everything the state wanted me to do and ive been doing so good in life i have almost 8 years clean, I work my butt off, im an awesome dad and have tried so hard. but this last 5 months has just set me back to far and now I'm forced to work before getting my medical issues fixed to get us out of this. which is fine i just cant make that amount of money fast enough. please if you guys have or can spare any extra or know anyone who can donate to help me and my family please do. I really need help from my friends and family right now. I'm sorry it came to this. all money donated will go to an secure account monitored and controlled by my oldest sister to ensure everyone who donates that the money is being used for this sole purpose. please whatever you can do will be greatly appreciated thank you guys.
