Many of you know Ms. Darlene from the Benedum Room at Wheeling Jesuit. She has spent years there greeting students with her warm "Hey Baby!". 

In the early morning hours of October 31, 2016, a fire ripped through a house where her niece, Tracy and her niece’s children, Javon and Jadien lived. All three of them lost their lives in that fire.

Tracy, Javon, and Jadien were Ms. Darlene’s last living blood relatives and she is now faced with planning the funeral/memorial service for them all. These three were very special to Ms. Darlene as she stepped in and served as Tracy’s mother and the boys’ grandmother after the death of Ms. Darlene’s sister, Donna, in 2006.

This GoFund Me is to raise money to assist Ms. Darlene and her family with funeral/memorial costs. I know how much Ms. Darlene meant to you during her time at Wheeling Jesuit and I know she would appreciate the support from you as well.
