Childrens Library Furniture

Donation protected
We are the Friends of the Hewitt Public Library.  We are a  group of Central Texas citizens that supports the Hewitt Public Library in Hewitt Texas.

The Hewitt Public Library supports early literacy and children's programming.  The money raised will go toward purchasing the tables, chairs, and desks for our children's area. The new library will be open in April 2016.

The mission of the Hewitt Public Library is to provide an environment where lifelong habits of learning, self-improvement and self-expression are encouraged and where patrons can meet their educational, informational and recreational needs for all ages in a variety of formats.

In carrying out that mission, the library hosts dozens of programs throughout the year, including story time for pre-school children, teens, culinary, and other programs to educate the community.
Please help us reach our goal of providing new furniture for our kids!
