As many of you know, Kama recently had all of her worldly possessions taken when her loaded U-Haul was jacked.  As a giver herself, Kama has been adamant about not asking for help replenishing her home after losing everything that she has worked for over the years. Her response to my persistent plea to let us help her is always along the lines of “there are people that need more help than I do.” However, I am stubborn and I cannot sit back and let Kama tackle this alone knowing that she has an amazing support system to help her get back on her feet where she will undoubtedly pay it forward. With the help of her amazing boo thang, Jason, we have persuaded Kama to let us ask for help on her behalf. I am setting the goal at a modest $5,000, even though the loss is tallied at $30,000 and counting. If you are able to contribute even $5, please do. Every dollar counts. Funds raised will be used to replace household goods, clothes, electronics, fees for replacing legal documents, and so on!
