Hi, I’m Henry Stone, and I’m running the Brighton marathon to raise money for a cause that’s close to my heart. The funds will support Herons Dale Primary, a special education needs school where my partner, Jade, has taught for the past 3 years. The money raised will go towards resources for the 'Adventurer Cohort,' a semi-formal cohort designed for students who require additional support with their learning and development. Semi-formal support focuses on a structured yet flexible approach to education, using a blend of academic, sensory, and life skills activities to help students thrive. These funds will help purchase vital sensory regulation tools, topic resources, and much more to enhance their learning experience.
