Train Veterans to Catch Predators
Donation protected
For the first time in history, we have the ability to disrupt, prevent, and stop child sexual abuse in its tracks on a scale never before possible. The more money we raise, the more HEROs we launch, the more children that are saved. It’s that simple.
Our Mission
To recruit an elite team of wounded warriors, train them in counter-child-exploitation and computer forensics, and then embed them with law enforcement units to hunt child predators and rescue children.
"As a wounded veteran ... I believe that ... there's not a more righteous cause than the saving of children."
H.E.R.O. Child-Rescue Corps graduate Shannon Krieger
Our Goal: Raise funds to pay for HERO training. Just $35,000 trains and launches a HERO!
Thanks to a generous donor, our (lean and mean) overhead costs are covered, so 100% of your tax-deductible contribution goes directly to the HERO program (protect.org/hero).
More Children Can Be Rescued
The locations of over 300,000 child pornography traffickers are currently known by law enforcement and at least 55% of these exploiters are hands-on offenders, with local child victims.
Thanks to people like you, HEROs are hard at work catching predators. Upon graduation, 100% of the HEROs have been offered jobs from government agencies or the private sector. Help deploy a disabled veteran into the most important battlefield of their lives: the fight to protect America's children!
Currently, less than 2% of child exploitation cases are investigated due to understaffing/lack of resources, but with the help of donors like you, in a few short years, the HERO Corps has already placed nearly 70 child protection warriors with law enforcement.
An Incredible Partnership
To make the HERO Corps happen, we’ve teamed up with U.S. Homeland Security, the U.S. Special Operations Command, dozens of corporations and foundations, and a growing number of individual donors.
With your support, thousands of boys and girls will be saved. It’s that simple.
Thank you in advance for giving whatever you can and spreading the word.
