Our friend and hero Javan Matthews put his life on the line to stop an armed robbery in York, PA. He was able to retrieve the gun from the suspect but suffered injuries to the leg and arm, as he was shot three times in the process.

The suspect fled but was found by the police and taken into custody a short time later.

Luckily, Javan survived but faces an uphill battle in his recovery. Any amounts donated would be greatly appreciated, and will be used to help with medical bills and living expenses until he's able to return to work.
