Hermosillo help

Joe and Lane are incredibly grateful for the support so far. The recent diagnosis from his hospital visit is below. While they are reluctant to ask for financial assistance, the new medication to provide relief from his symptoms and quality of life is very expensive. The co-pay is $2,000/month.

As a recap, Joe has severe pulmonary Hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs) as a result of his pulmonary fibrosis (scarring) of the lungs. His right side of his heart is getting weak (failing) and the left side of his heart is failing due to unknown reasons. The team of doctors are trying some medications that will alleviate his symptoms but it won't fix the underlying issues. He currently feels extremely tired most of the time and has general fatigue and pain. He needs a heart and lung transplant. Due to his recent kidney cancer (which has been removed), he was told that he needs to be cancer free for at least 3 years to be eligible for a transplant. The doctors continue to advocate for a waiver to that time frame.

The situation itself is incredibly stressful without the added financial burden. No matter what, they are very appreciative of your love and prayers. If you are able to assist them financially, that would be greatly appreciated as well.
