Herman "VAN" Van Vuren

In lieu of flowers, we are dedicating a memorial bench to my dad and his wife Susie at a Carlsbad park. Though my dad only lived in Carlsbad the last 10 years of his life, he said it was his favorite place of all the places he had lived. He loved to sit out in the backyard and watch the hawks and ground squirrels and all the other wildlife. Contributions will be used to purchase a lasting memorial where family and friends and our dog Pennie can visit and remember Van.
