As many of you already know, we lost one of the good ones earlier this week- Michael Barry. You may remember him as the go-to guy in the People's Co-op produce department, or for handling all the riff-raff at Cheswick's, or most recently, for holding it down at The Holding Company. He was family in a lot of OB institutions and a big part of the community as a whole.

Many of us knew him as a brother, as their huckleberry, and as their mischievous and hilarious friend that was always there when we needed him.

Now his family needs us. Death is expensive. We are raising money to cover the costs of the memorial services for Mike's family as his passing was completely unexpected. Along with that comes tons of other miscellaneous expenses that are almost impossible to cover without help.

Every little bit makes a difference, and if donating isn't possible at this time, sharing and reposting this is equally, if not more helpful for the cause.
