Hereford Memorial Spot for Hannah Horne
Donation protected
Hello, as I'm sure you all are aware, our beloved Hannah Horne lost her battle to cancer that she courageously fought for 10 months.
During her time in Hereford, she made many friends and was a rock for many. One of her favourite spots that she visited was Queenswood. She would go there often with her daughter and became a regular visitor there.
While Hannah has chosen to be buried in Dorset where she grew up and has close roots to the area, her daughter and husband still live in Hereford and would like somewhere more local to remember Hannah. I'm asking you all for your help to help raise £300 to adopt a tree that Ella has chosen from Queenswood so her daughter, husband and many friends around the area can go visit a place just for her.
I know Hannah has a very special spot for many people in their hearts, and everyone wants to help in whatever way they can. Because of the amount of people she connected with, I know there's a chance more than £300 could be raised. If that does happen, all extra money will go straight back to St. Michaels Hospice where they took the absolute best care for her and gave her and the family wonderful memories.
