Here For You Hudson

This is Sarah and Hudson. Until recently, Hudson was a spunky 5 year old boy, who was in constant motion, entertaining anyone he was around. In a matter of two days, Sarah went from trying to keep up with this active little guy to sitting on the edge of his hosital bed, putting Band-aids on his tummy because it hurt and there was nothing else she could do to help him. In that short amount of time, Hudson had been diagnosed with cancer. A tumor was found on his kidney (Wilm's Tumor), and that tumor had ruptured.  As if this hasn't been traumatic enough, Sarah is in the first year of a new job. Because she has been working there for less than a year, she does not have access to benefits that would allow her to stay with Hudson as he goes through radiation and chemo therapies and still get paid. Sarah is in a position no parent should ever have to be in, making the choice between being with her child as he battles cancer, or go to work so she can make sure she can pay the bills.
