Herc's Surgery aid call and payback plan

This is regrettably my 33 birthday wish, please share... please don't judge me. I didn't want to be here either and typing this paragraph out wasn't easy emotionally if only you knew the full magnitude of everything.

I wanted to make this as  a donation and a pay back plan campaign. I need to buy time to get Herc for surgery in Ottawa and to be left with my retired father afterwards temporarily. It will let me come back to Alberta and my employer after MY medical surgery and recovery full tilt. Unfortunately I have more more surgery to follwoing at some point. As well progress and carryout finalizing my insurance settlement from my car accident in Decemeber 2014. You may not have been aware but I was on 10 months disabilty and currently on medical ei as a result. It will also contribute to the final stability for Herc and the proposed program. I plan to record everyones name and every dollar big or small so I can have it reimbursed in the next 6-12months once everything is settled and remedied.

Just remember many hands make light work. Together everyone achieves more

So I have been holding off doing this for a number of weeks now. Partly because I didn't want to invade anyone's Christmas time and know things haven't been easy or the greatest for a lot of other friends and loved ones of mine coming out of a terrible 2019 like myself. Also partly because I am embarrassed as hell and feel low even having to ask for help like this. I've always been the helper and strength to so many people; I never imagined ever having to reach out like this but my back is against the wall now.

I unfortunately have been having to contemplate and consider other drastic options at this moment to avoid putting my poor Hercy baby down at only 4 years old. With my health situation at the moment, being on Medical EI for one surgery, awaiting another, new health worries and other terrible events of 2019 that have really set me back I really have limtited options atm. Luckily some loving friends gave me some hope and strength to consider this option despite my avoiding desires to do so and put myself out there, however here I am. Asking for whatever little help you can to make this happen. Please Donate whatever you can if you can, share share share and like this cause. In short time the friend favour will be returned. Anyone who has had the chance to meet Herc knows what kind of gem he is and what joy he brings to everyone's life.

So what the money is going towards;

Surgery for his size will run $3800-4500 if I'm lucky and everything goes well. I will be leaving Alberta asap to travel to Ottawa to get Hercules's (soon to be renamed Achilles) TPLO surgery in Ottawa before his compensating leg is effected. Unfortunately I have to drive him there, 3600km one way, because he is 170lb and too big to fly ever. I will be regrettably but thankfully leaving him with my recently retired Dad ❤ for 6-12 months to oversee post-op, medication, recovery and buy me time. I will return to Alberta to focus and better my own current and unfolding health issues as well as use the time away from Herc wisely to rise above all this mess of 2019. Once I return to work, firing at all cylinders like I always do, more stable then before,  well on my way fwd and reimbursements issued I'll be able to bring my Herc back home confidently
