Herbert Sherbert is moving! ✨

Hi friends! We’re Kevin and Esprit Herbert, the owners of Herbert Sherbert Ice Cream Co. in Brooksville, Florida.

For the past 7 years, we’ve been serving up our retro, colorful ice cream all across central Florida with mobile carts and events — and now we’re ready for our next big step!

Our current space is changing hands, so we’re relocating quickly — and that means BIG things ahead: a brand-new commercial kitchen (we have several businesses that will be moving with us who use our commissary) and, soon, a storefront where you can come hang out, grab your favorite scoops, and experience the Herbert Sherbert vibe in person.

We’ve worked hard and bootstrapped this business, since the very beginning (right before the pandemic)

We've weathered every storm, taken every risk imaginable and we've enjoyed every moment and scoop with YOU.

We are so thankful for the community that we have around us.

And now, we need YOU.

Now, for the specifics:

Our build out is going to cost us: $17,000

Construction must begin on October 16th, this month.

As of now, we are $9,500.00 away from ensuring that the construction goes through smoothly in this short time frame along with the relocation of our wonderful renters.
