Herb & Bitter team relief

First and foremost, we hope that everyone is staying safe and distanced. We want to give a huge shout out to the workers in the health care, firefighting and any other of the public safety industries, who are on the frontlines fighting daily for the health and safety of our communities and do not have the opportunity to quarantine.

   We live and work in an industry of uncertainty right now. This is a situation that we never expected or prepared for. Now we find ourselves struggling to figure out how to survive and the best way to sort out and manage our new, consistently changing environment.

   Herb & Bitter has been serving our community for over 5 years. What we have been able to learn and accomplish over the years would not be possible without the support of our wonderful guests.  From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you. The opportunity to brighten your days and learn from each of you is truly appreciated. 

   The wellbeing of our staff has always been a top mission and priority for Herb & Bitter. It is extremely important, in a moment like this, that we do everything we can to ensure that they are prepared and can endure this hardship. Understandably, a large number of you will have no income in the foreseeable future, but if you have been to Herb & Bitter and experienced the love and passion that our team has to offer and you have a few dollars to share, please give as much as you can to continue to support our team and help them through this time of need. This money will go directly to dishwashers, cooks, server’s assistants, bar backs, bartenders and servers who have been proudly preserving our Herb & Bitter culture over the years.

   Our Bitter little family is excited to rejoice and serve our community again and rock you with some exciting new creations and concoctions.
