My best friend of more than 30 years has been diagnosed with breast cancer. You all should remember her mama, Ms. Carol, who worked at Once-N-Again for 8 years and passed away on October 31, 2024. Ms. Carol left Once-N-Again to take care of Cheryl’s grandmother-in-law, who is 95 years old and lives with Cheryl and her husband. Cheryl’s adult sons, Dylan and Brandon, are taking off from their jobs to help her during the immediate recovery. We have also been worried about Cheryl’s husband, whom the doctors thought might also have cancer in his back. We continue to pray for him daily.

Right now, we are faced with Cheryl’s prognosis. This Friday, Cheryl will have a double mastectomy. We will then find out what we must do next to ensure Cheryl has the best possible outcome. We are hoping to be able to help make the next few weeks a little easier by providing meals to her and her family. We are also trying to help offset some of the medical costs, which would relieve some of the stress on this amazing family. We would appreciate any support and prayers you can send our way.
