Shenita “Coco” Wagner is more than a patient—she is a devoted wife, a compassionate registered nurse of over 10 years, and a fighter who has spent her life caring for others. Now, she needs our help.
In December '25, Coco was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer and began chemotherapy with strength and determination. However, during just her second week of chemotherapy treatment, she suffered a devastating complication—a ruptured bowel followed by sepsis—which led to emergency hospitalization. Over the past five weeks, she has endured multiple severe emergency surgeries and continues to fight every single day with incredible courage.
As a nurse, Coco has dedicated her life to healing and supporting others in their most vulnerable moments. She is known for her kindness, her warmth, and her unwavering commitment to her patients. Today, she finds herself on the other side of care, facing unimaginable physical, emotional, and financial challenges.
Her husband, Johnny, who is retired, is doing everything he can to support her through this journey. Unfortunately, the majority of his retirement income is already going toward insurance premiums and mounting medical expenses. The financial strain is overwhelming, on top of the emotional toll of Coco’s condition.
We are asking for your support to help ease this burden. Donations will go directly toward medical bills, ongoing treatments, and essential living expenses during this incredibly difficult time.
Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a difference. If you’re unable to give, please consider sharing this fundraiser and keeping Coco and her family in your thoughts and prayers.
Let’s come together to support someone who has given so much of herself to others. Coco is strong, but she shouldn’t have to fight this battle alone.
