# Her Art, Her Voice – Stöd till Ewelyne

Hjälp oss ge Ewelyne den hjälp hon har rätt till ❤️

Vår vardag har förändrats – och kampen har gjort det också

Hej, jag heter Kenneth Jensen och är pappa till Ewelyne – en fantastisk 19-årig tjej med autism, selektiv mutism och anorexia nervosa.

Under flera år har jag varit hennes största trygghet, struktur och stöd. Det har varit nödvändigt för att hon ska klara vardagen, kunna studera hemifrån via Zoom och känna sig trygg i livet.

Men den senaste tiden har förändrat allt.

Kommunens agerande har skapat en helt ny nivå av press

Inom loppet av en vecka skickade Österåkers kommun ut tre olika avslagsbeslut i samma ärende – alla med olika motiveringar.

Dagen efter kom ett fjärde beslut som avslutade ärendet helt.

Allt detta utan att läsa de handlingar jag lämnat in.

Samtidigt har vi begärt ut dokumentation som enligt lagen ska finnas – men gång på gång får vi besked om att handlingarna saknas.

Det har nu lett till två anmälningar till Kammarrätten.

Och som om det inte vore nog skickades även ett beslut om ledsagarbevis rekommenderat till Ewelyne – trots att jag är hennes ombud.

Det är svårt att tolka som annat än ett försök att försvåra kommunikationen och skapa oro.

Det här handlar inte längre om ett enskilt beslut.

Det handlar om rättssäkerhet.

Och om att ingen familj ska krossas av ett system som inte fungerar.

En extra tung tid – runt julen

Allt detta har utspelat sig under årets svåraste period.

I samband med julen kämpade vi för att klara de mest grundläggande utgifterna, samtidigt som många andra familjer förberedde firande.

Julen är nu bakom oss, men den ekonomiska situationen har blivit ännu mer ansträngd.

Varje krona går till att hålla Ewelynes vardag stabil – till mat, mediciner, studier och trygghet.

I år finns det inga marginaler. Ingen buffert. Ingen möjlighet att ”lösa det sen”.

Det gör allting ännu mer skört.

Och det är därför ert stöd just nu betyder mer än vi kan uttrycka i ord.

Målet – 75 000 kr för trygghet, rättvisa och hopp

Vi har satt ett insamlingsmål på 75 000 kr för att skapa stabilitet medan rättsprocesserna pågår och för att Ewelyne ska kunna fortsätta sin utbildning via Zoom i ett tryggt och hållbart hem.

Hittills har 16 200 kr (22 %) kommit in – och vi är djupt tacksamma för varje bidrag som gjort detta möjligt.

Medlen hjälper oss att:

• Bekosta juridiskt stöd i överklagandeprocesserna

• Hantera praktiska kostnader kopplade till kommunens beslut och vår vardag

• Täcka vardagskostnader som mat, mediciner, internet, teknik och andra nödvändigheter för att Ewelynes distansstudier ska fungera

• Skapa stabilitet under en kritisk period där all energi går åt till att hålla hennes vardag trygg och fungerande

Och om ekonomin tillåter längre fram finns fortfarande drömmen kvar om att Ewelyne ska få resa till sin släkt i Gällivare – en resa som skulle ge kraft, sammanhang och hopp.

Men just nu ligger fokus på trygghet och stabilitet här hemma.

Exempel på vad ditt stöd betyder just nu

100 kr – täcker en dags grundläggande utgifter när marginalerna är borta.

200 kr – bidrar till mat, hygienartiklar och nödvändigheter så att Ewelyne orkar sina studier.

300 kr – hjälper med mediciner, internetavgifter och det som behövs för att studier via Zoom ska fungera utan avbrott.

500 kr – ger oss andrum och gör att jag kan fortsätta hålla ihop rutiner, måltider och trygghet.

1 000 kr – gör att vi klarar större oförutsedda utgifter utan att Ewelynes stabilitet påverkas.

2 000 kr – hjälper oss genom en extra tung månad och möjliggör fortsatt juridisk kamp.

Varje bidrag – stort eller litet – går direkt till att hålla Ewelynes vardag stabil och trygg.

Ewelyne – en konstnär som skapar när orden inte räcker

Hennes illustrationer är hennes röst.

De speglar både styrka och sårbarhet.

Konsten är hennes sätt att hålla fast vid hoppet.

Och ert stöd håller vardagen levande.

Help Us Give Ewelyne the Support She Deserves ❤️

Our daily life has changed – and so has the fight we are forced to take on

Hi, my name is Kenneth Jensen, and I am the father of Ewelyne – a wonderful 19-year-old girl with autism, selective mutism, and anorexia nervosa.

For years, I have been her structure, her safety, and her anchor. It has been necessary for her to manage everyday life, study from home via Zoom, and feel secure.

But lately, everything has changed.

The municipality’s actions have created an entirely new level of pressure

Within a single week, Österåker municipality issued three different rejection decisions in the same matter – all with different explanations.

The very next day, a fourth decision arrived, closing the matter completely.

All of this happened without reading the documents I submitted.

At the same time, we have requested documentation that is legally required to exist – yet repeatedly we are told that the documents are missing.

This has now resulted in two appeals to the Administrative Court of Appeal (Kammarrätten).

And as if that were not enough, the municipality also sent a decision about a companion pass as a registered letter directly to Ewelyne – even though I am her legal representative.

It is difficult to interpret this as anything other than an attempt to complicate communication and create unnecessary distress.

This is no longer about a single decision.

This is about legal certainty.

And about ensuring that no family is crushed by a system that doesn’t work.

An especially difficult period – around the holidays

All of this unfolded during the most challenging time of the year.

Around the holidays, we struggled to cover the most basic expenses, while many other families were preparing for celebrations.

The holidays are now behind us, but the financial situation has become even more strained.

Every krona goes toward keeping Ewelyne’s everyday life stable – food, medicine, studies, and safety.

This year, there are no margins. No buffer. No “we’ll solve it later.”

Everything is more fragile.

And that’s why your support means more than we can express in words.

Our Goal – 75,000 SEK for stability, justice, and hope

We have set a fundraising goal of 75,000 SEK to help us stay afloat while the legal processes continue, and to ensure that Ewelyne can continue her remote education in a safe and stable home.

So far, 16,200 SEK (22%) has been raised – and we are deeply grateful for every contribution that has made this possible.

Your support helps us to:

• Cover legal costs in the appeal processes

• Manage practical expenses caused by the municipality’s decisions

• Pay for daily essentials such as food, medicine, internet, technology, and other necessities for her Zoom-based education

• Maintain stability during a critical period where all energy goes into keeping her life safe and functioning

And if our finances allow later on, we still hold onto the dream of giving Ewelyne the chance to visit her relatives in Gällivare – a trip that would give her strength, connection, and hope.

But right now, the focus is on stability here at home.
