Henshaw's New Start

Donation protected
At 2:30PM on Janurary 30th, 2020, the Henshaw family lost their home to an unexpected house fire for which the cause has been determined as an accident when the power board on the decking ignited. On the 31st of Janurary, 2020, local authorities inspected the house and deemed it safe to enter with caution. Upon inspection it was very clear that the fire had completely destroyed the house gutting every room of the 3 bedroom home except the very end room which was being used to store non important assorted items. In addition to losing all of their material possessions, two family pets passed away in the fire. The loss of your home is an unimaginable and devastating tragedy and the pain of this loss is felt both physically, as you have to rebuild from the ground up, and emotionally, as memories, photos, and cherished possessions are lost. As some of you may know, this house fire comes just 5 days after Dean's surgery to remove his kidney due to kidney cancer that was discovered last summer. Dean underwent open heart surgery in July, 2019, to repair valve damage before he was able to endure his second round of surgery last week. Dean was at home recovering from surgery when the fire broke out. Dean is still in recovery and may undergo further cancer treatments with the next one being next month in which The Alfred Hospital are doing a biopsy on his thyroid to determine whether or not more cancer has been detected. While this is going on his wife Tracey has been working and commuting back and forth to Melboure to care and be his emotional support. The Henshaw family, Dean, Tracey and Braydon would greatly benefit from your kind donations and support in hopes to rebuild their family home, clothes, house hold items as well as medical costs. Any amount, no matter how small, is a tremendous help for the Henshaw family. Prayers for Dean's health and recovery, and for emotional strength and comfort for Tracey, Dean and Braydon are also greatly appreciated in this heart wrenching crisis.
