Henry's Hurdles

Myself and my wife are starting a fundraiser for Henry Lanaway, who is an 8-year-old boy from Dover, Kent.
Henry is very dear to our family as he is not only our best friends son, but myself and my wife are also Henry's Godparents.

Henry has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a progressive condition that will continue to deteriorate and affect his mobility and accessibility.
The reason for the fundraiser is to allow Henry to receive a much needed new bespoke wheelchair (Trekinetic GTE ultra-light powerchair).
This wheelchair is able to cope with all terrains (on and off road) including mud, sand, snow, and gravel. So if this fundraiser is succesful, Henry will be able to continue to do the things that he loves.
The total cost of the wheelchair is £12,000, and the Red Eagle foundation has agreed to match any donations raised by the family.
So if we are able to reach our GoFundMe target of £6,000, then Henry will have enough funds to buy the new bespoke wheelchair.
